Current rates for the winter season are $400 per weekend (2 nights) or $1050 per week (7 nights).  Holiday rates are $485 per weekend or $1250 per week. Mid-week rates are $180 per night.

$100 security deposit required with reservation.

Deposit is fully refundable upon cancellation if property is rented for same dates.

$200 property damage deposit required at check-in. 

Pets are welcome in the condo but smoking is not.

Please be courteous and clean-up any outdoor mess left by pets or smokers.  No poop, no butts!
